Unique to AKW the 1600 series warm feel polypropylene plastic grab rails are
reinforced with a stainless steel (rust proof) core and include 5 fixing points for greater strength.
 
Ergonomically designed with a distinctive grip they can withstand a weight capacity of 125kg*.
 
A 46mm (13/4”) rail to wall clearance reduces the possibility of hand trapping.

Extended grab rail kits comprising of a range of grab rail lengths and parts to form any configuration are available. (see pricelist for details)

1600 series grab rails are also available in white or blue for the visually impaired and tested to BS EN 12182:1999 - no electrical earthing requiredUnique to AKW.
